What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

As a future collegiate athlete what makes me stand out on the field is my effort and drive to consistently be a great wide receiver. Off the field I am a leader within my school exemplifying great character and work in the classroom. As a sophomore at Griffin I was honored by my coaching staff as the offensive player of the year. In addition to that I was named all Region 3-5A First Team QB. Currently my stats through 8 games are 26 receptions, 472 yards and 3 touchdowns.

This Griffin team has really been one of the best in 5-A, and Williams is just another playmaker that has done well during this season. He good size just over 6′, pretty good quickness and doesn’t lack confidence when running the ball. He makes good cuts in traffic and then has the acceleration to blow by defenders. Williams was used a lot in bubble screens this year. Pretty good running stride, hits his top speed early. Williams is a solid receiver, he breaks tackles after the catch and just solid running instincts in general. He should continue to add good weight and be over 200 in college. Interested to see how he has improved this offseason.
