What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Johnson ran for just under 1700 yards on the year and 23 touchdowns, making him one of the most dangerous runners not just in 2-A, but the entire state of Georgia. He hits the hole hard and accelerates to his top speed quickly. Johnson has a strong lower body and breaks tackles creating some big plays. At 6’2″ and 215 lbs. he is could be a little too tall for the RB position in college, but with his running instincts and ability to just slide out of tacklers is really impressive. Has an old school style, wouldn’t say that he burns by the defense but knows when to hit the accelerator and dupe the defender. It’s a deceptive running style, and he makes hard cuts as well to create very good separation so that the defensive player never has a good angle to tackle. It’s easy to see Johnson at 230 lbs. in college and being a very good power back that would work really well in tandem with a quicker back in a spread offensive system. Johnson can certainly continue to work on his speed and getting quicker moving laterally, but cannot deny his ability to break tackles. Would benefit from stiff arming more too keep defenders at bay. He’ll get P5 interest for sure, Johnson is probably a top 5 back in this class.
