The 2023 QB threw for right at 2k yards on the year. We were actually watching a WR’s film and noticed how good Seeley was looking on film and had to check him out. The QB is a true gun-slinger out there on the field. He makes tough throws, steps up in the pocket and makes quick decisions with a lot of pressure in his face. Seeley is really good at relocating out of the pocket to create more time. He’s pretty quick getting out of the pocket. There is some upside with his scrambling and can see some good upside here. Fundamentally he does tend to dip a little too much before his release and that slows down his quickness releasing the football. He makes some very good reads from intermediate range and does a really nice job of leading the receiver. We are really encouraged by Seeley’s film. He has a really nice tough from 20-30 yards out and can make some really tough throws with pressure right in his face. The 2023 recruit already has a handful of D1 offers under his belt, the most recent being 2021 while camping in front of Western Kentucky.
