The 2020 recruit from Dalton is one of the biggest lineman in the state of Georgia. He engages a little high for that reason, and will have to constantly work on getting low and underneath the defender when run blocking. Beltran moves his feet pretty well in pass blocking situations. Needs to really work on flexibility a good bit. He rounds his back when blocking, needs to get strong in his core and more flexibile. Shows some effective film no doubt, but needs to finish his blocks senior year more consistently with a pancake, especially against much smaller defenders. Beltran is definitely a project, but general speaking he moves well for his size, and given a few years in a weight room, you could have a beast RT that can rush as a straight up run blocker and be respectful in pass protection too.
