He looks pretty good, especially when he is pressed up on the receiver and can really get in their face. Edmonds takes nice pursuit angles, has a good feel for the game, and breaks off assignments quickly at the necessary moment. Tackling he gets low, and tries to take out the feet. Lighter frame, but shows pretty good hip quickness and ability to change direction too. I’m fairly impressed with his coverage skills, it’s obvious that he is well trained for a high school athlete. I think improving lifts like power clean could really unlock more athleticism for Edmonds. Pretty good timing with his PBUs, I just want to see more film honestly.
