Matthew is one of the most explosive players in his recruiting class, running incredible MPH speeds while in pads that erase pursuit angles. Even when the defense knew he was getting the handoff, Matthews produced, especially during his senior year, where he looked tougher between the tackles. In terms of top end acceleration, Matthews has great speed, and we feel like the Ferris State commit will become one of the biggest steals in this recruiting class.
