What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I am a great leader on and off of the field. My family has instilled in me, that education is just as important as athletic accomplishments. My competitive spirit in the classroom makes me an excellent future collegiate athlete. I am a fast learner and play a aggressive brand of football as you can see at from my highlights. Lastly, I have played in a great program and learn from great coaches.
Payton is a thick linebacker who has gained some nice weight from last fall. He does a nice job of reading the play and wrapping up his tackles. Heading into this year we want to see him really get serious reps on the varsity, wouldn’t mind seeing some full back film either. He can deliver a tackle with some nice pop to it. He also worked very hard this offseason training and going to college camps.
