What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

My ability to dominate at any position on the offensive side of the ball. How i’m able to take a short completion 50+ yards for a score. Lastly my speed and acceleration.

The Campbell product has been a reliable playmaker the last few seasons; even earning top play of the week honors as a sophomore. With the ability to break off a touchdown from anywhere on the field, Buggs can make routine catch on the sideline and then jukes several defenders out of of their shoes before hitting the jets and racing by the the pursuit. Buggs has D1 caliber top end acceleration, and his change of direction is a separating factor. With a reported 3.9 shuttle time, Buggs’ agility is among the best we have scouted. Buggs has great potential as a slot receiver. He can be brought into motion and even be utilized into the run game with sweeps. At around 5’8″ or 5’9″, Buggs lacks traditional size, but his quickness and explosiveness is legit. Couple those athletic exploits with creative running vision and the ability to breakdown defenders 1v1, and you have one of the most underrated slot prospects in this class. His route running is coming along, but he has all of the tools to be among the best separators at the slot in this recruiting class.
