The versatile defensive back has played both safety and cornerback during his years at Troup. What I like about the 2022 recruit is how quickly he breaks on the football. He just doesn’t’ get their fast though, Easter is also very good setting up his tackle attempts with quick choppy feet and dropping hips before making his attempt. Definitely more of a frame for a CB at the next level. Pretty good length, and times his breakups well. Length helps a lot taking on blockers, he blows a few screen passes out in the flat. Overall, there is a lot to like with Easter, he plays safety it looks like more due to the fact that he is an explosive tackler, but at the college level he figures to play CB. Very good fit in a zone heavy scheme. Solid improvements in the weight room over the last year with 40 lbs. increases across the board.
