What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

My passion for the sport, every time I get on the field my mindset is to kill whoever’s in front of me, and to give 1000%.

The 6’4″ receiver was a player the WF staff talked about immediately after the season, and with his length and speed, that’s not too big of a surprise. Scott just explodes up field once he gets the ball in his hands. Surprised to see he didn’t get more screen passes. Playing the football up top in jump ball situations Scott uses his height and athleticism very well, but would like to see him do a better job of fighting for position and not let the DB get inside of him. Another part to his game that can take a jump is breaking tackles after the catch. But in terms of pure athletic upside, Scott is one of the most athletic long receivers in the state. Plus, he does a great job of blocking on the perimeter with some of best pancakes we saw at receiver, and he doesn’t even do a good job with his feet to set up the block. Option teams will love Scott, but his athleticism will attract more than just the academies.
