Cole gets out his stance and shows nice leg drive and acceleration to the ball. He moves very well laterally and works his tail off in pursuit of the ball carrier. Gets very low around his blocks. Uses hands pretty well. Reads the play very well and has several PBU’s at the LOS as a junior. Cole can certainly pack on the weight, and already has a good body composition with natural flexibility. He keeps a flat back while engaged and strong lower body. Very little doubt that Cole can be around 280 lbs. at the next level. I would like to see him be more physical with his hands at the point of attack and not just rely on his quickness. I’m curious to see how he gains this offseason, right now, tentatively I think he is more of an FCS talent, but if he continues to mature physically that could change a good bit.
