What a difference a year can make for Arnold, who transitioned from DT to MLB as a junior at Miller Grove. He is strong as an ox, and last year he totaled over 100 tackles and made All-County in the process. He is a really impressive athlete, and natural raw power allows him to stuff the play in the middle. He finishes his tackles with an explosive impact, stands his ground then drives them back. His bench press has continued to be one of the highest in GA for his position. Improving his lateral quickness will help Arnold a lot. Love the hustle he plays the game with, had a game winning block field goal by just shear effort. He’s a good run-stopping MIKE. Little film of him in pass coverage. Heading into his senior year we were looking for tackles for loss, and the 2019 recruit definitely saw an increase with 10. He’s improved a good bit in pass coverage, even getting a pick six this year. His improvement over the last two years has been nothing short of impressive, and you have to like the strength he shows plugging the middle. Arnold is so strong at the point of attack, he can stand up an offensive lineman pretty easily.
