Leadership/Hard worker on the field and in the classroom/multiple positions QB, RB, OLB & SS
Barrett does a little bit of everything for Lowndes. He is an excellent runner and shows solid vision when he has the ball in his hands. Barrett is a very physical player and his lateral quickness allows him to be an excellent tackler in 1 v 1 situations. The 2018 QB is the unquestioned top running QB’s in the state of Georgia and in 2016 he threw for around 2700 yards and rushed for 1000 as well. Barrett seems like the type of player that could excel in the right system at QB. Have heard opposing coaches say he is the toughest player to tackle in Georgia 1 v 1. He’s added about 10 lbs of muscle from last year’s amazing run but his team fell short in the state playoffs to McEachern. Now moving forward he’ll focus on his recruitment.
