Pajaras pops out of his stance quickly and has excellent leg drive. He plays OT for Kell but at the next level looks like an offensive guard. He is good at blocking in open space and would make an excellent pulling guard, where he can use his athleticism. He keeps a flat back but needs to improve extending his arms and locking them out once he is engaged with a defender. The biggest question mark is his frame and where fits at the next level. College might be interested at his potential as a center.
Does a good job coming off the ball and Works up to backers well and runs his feet to make a hole for his running backs.
