Carriere makes quick decisions and is a weapon to get the ball into his hands as soon as possible. He is a springy athlete, has the ability to change directions really well. Route running is well far advanced for his age. Excellent running stride, His fluid running stride and solid route running, which has really come along over the last year. He made some plays as a sophomore but really took his game to another level being a big-time down-the-field threat for Alpharetta. Carriere has really proven to be a fast player as he has slowly filled out his frame and there really is a lot more room for him to grow. Carrier is able to his top speed quickly, and that throws off defensive backs right on his release. He recently ran a 10.7 100M this spring, proving that he has the legit down-the-field speed to break off long plays at the college level, and we fully expect a pretty big jump his senior year now. Several D1 programs have shown interest, and Carriere will be camping this summer looking to earn big-time offers.
