Randall is a new transfer from Lithonia to Stephenson. The 5’10” WR has a long running stride and can make hard turns with out losing much speed. Lithonia used him in a lot of different ways in order to get him the football. Once he can stride out and get a full head of steam he shows really good speed and the ability to break away from a defense. Randall needs to work on his lateral quickness a little more, when he has to get around a tackle attempt with a juke he slows down more than we would like. Improving hip strength would also help with his acceleration. He shows pretty good hands on the returns and also makes several difficult catches past the 2nd level of the defense. I think Stephenson will use him a lot in the screen game, as all he needs is a seam and can be gone.
