What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
Just loving the game of football, being able to play with the best of all time. Learning and grow as a good young man in life and on the field. Just keeping God first and everything will fall into place.
Murray ran for over 2000 yards his sophomore year, and he followed it up with another strong junior season. Thomson certainly runs the football a lot, so the 2019 back has a ton of experience. He has a slashing run style to him, using his long legs to make hard cuts in 1 v 1 situations. When he can stride out in open filed Murray shows quality speed. His acceleration could certainly need some work. I really like the patience he shows, and the ability to set up his blocks. The 2019 recruit has above average balance, and natural running instincts makes it tough for the defenders to take good tackle angles. Murray is a solid running back, at his current size I can see him getting well over 210 pounds at the next level.
