Baxter has a ton of upside given his length and speed coming off the edge. He has a narrow waist, not sure if adding weight will be easy, but the 2019 athlete can sure hit either way. I really like his lateral quickness given his size and position. He does a really good job of lining up his tackles. Baxter looks like hybrid OLB/SS prospect. He needs to get stronger in the lower body and not just rely on having good momentum when making a tackle. The 2019 recruit should end up around 225 and become a pretty good threat to create turnovers. I like his upside to top spread offenses playing out in the flat, and think with the right training he could be tough to block. He’s a tweener at this point, but with solid tackling fundamentals and length he should certainly attract D1 schools.
