Kelley continues to grow, and has always shown some good ball skills. He might be topped out now at 6′, but the weight gain is still promising at 190 lbs. Kelley can over the middle, and catch the ball through contact. He is a physical presence, very good blocker out on the perimeter. Good hands, makes tough catches over the middle. He stands out right away as an option WR. His blocking is a great asset, and he hustles his tail off down field to make big blocks. Couple that he shows above average ball skills, and I think he is a great fit for that system.
