Joseph has always been a very loud athlete going back to his time at Fayette County, but he backed up his play to some extent his junior year showing very aggressive coverage skills where he rakes out the football with intensity. Everything the 2022 recruit does is fast, and you can see the track background is legit when he gets downhill and makes an open field tackle. He does drop his head on these attempts, which opens him up for injuries. He also needs to do a better job of getting his head around on deep passes, a lot times he is just completely guessing and with his aggressiveness it’s clear that penalties to occur. Joseph is a solid football player though who is a lot more physical than we initially anticipated. He’s definitely a young athlete who has worked hard throughout high school.
