Lester has been playing since his freshman year, and sophomore season he became the full time starter. He has a quick first step, changes directions fairly well and definitely knows how to run behind his pads. Lester reads his blocks and is able to angle himself through tight gaps. He is a strong power runner. Top end speed is average at best. Top end speed is at 19 mph as a sophomore. Lester’s ability to step out of tackles is nice, but want to see that legit home run threat. Could definitely utilize a stiff arm more and just try to get more explosive in general.
