What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Great work ethic & never backed down from a challenge.

Rivers is a gap controlling nose tackle prospect who received most of his playing in a few big blowout wins for the Packers during his junior year but senior he has come, and his playing time has increased dramatically. Him and Merritt from a shear size and athleticism stand point make up one of the best DT tandems in Georgia. He has very strong weight lifting measurements but would like to see him get more flexible, just do not see that burst getting out of his stance. He certainly fits the bill for a nose tackle prospect, occupying multiple lineman on some plays, but would like to him flatten out his back more when engaged, Overall the senior has impressed, he does a great job of not over pursuing and controlling the middle of the field. One play against Norcross he occupied the middle controlling two lineman, then reacted quickly to scrambling QB and got the sack – that’s an FBS caliber play we look for in a NT, but it’s not seen at a consistent level. He has good grades, and cannot imagine colleges becoming interested in him later on during the recruiting process.
