Haynes came back from an ACL tear and only played the last 3 games of the season where he was the leading tackler. Going up against some good athletes and the 2021 back just drilled the back – it’s pretty impressive and make your re-think some older scouting reports, but it also says a lot about Haynes and his mindset to play so tenacious right after a serious knee injury. He plays very low to the ground and tracks the football even better. Haynes is definitely good in run support but would like see him have a bigger impact in pass coverage.
