Johnson looks bigger than 230 lbs., I would gander he is a whole lot closer to 250 honestly. He moves well laterally considering his size. Shows nice choppy feet before going into a tackle. Plays some running back even, but honestly it looks like the class of 2021 athlete is destined to play on the defensive line. His Cedar Grove film is worth the watch. Johnson probably had close to 10 tackles on the game, forced a fumble and probably had close to 50 or so yards of total offense. He has played on the offensive side of the ball dating back to his freshman year, but highly doubt that anyone at Pace thought he would get this big over the last few years. Johnson is a physical player who does a nice job of driving his legs through his opponent. Some schools might interested in him at h-back or even FB depending on the offense. There is a lot of experience under his belt at this point, but he might be taking on a whole new position this time a year from now if he continues to add weight like he has. Was first team All-Region linebacker as a sophomore and made MaxPreps All-American team as a freshman. Right now, he is a bit of a tweener, so worth monitoring how he continues to develop.
