What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I am a big body receiver and I play both sides of the ball and I am a receiver that loves to block and I’m a great teammate.

Johnson moves over to Buford this year, after putting up quality numbers at Gainesville. What I like about Johnson right off his film is how he attacks the pass. He is a smooth operator going up for the catch, and does a nice job of turning away from the defender after the catch – probably has a basketball background. Shows a long frame, very aggressive, even as a blocker. Now over 190 lbs., it really seems like Johnson is going to produce well this year, especially if Buford throws the ball more like they previously did the last few seasons. Either way, Johnson is a good blocker, and a pretty underrated part of his game. He makes soft coverage pay, but would like to see him square up his pads quicker and get up field. Johnson should be a tough matchup this year, and be one of the better possession receivers that not many colleges are looking at, but shows the potential to be an asset for a run heavy team. Needs to be more secure with the football after the catch, Johnson seems close to fumbling on several plays.
