Rushin has the body type that colleges look for in a cornerback. He has good length and his short space quickness allows him to stick with a lot of receivers. He has a long running stride and a quick burst to break on a pass. Rushin appears to have long arms and has above average ball skills going up for passes. His film is mostly him playing cornerback but he is also a receiver in Ola’s offense as well. His long arms and quick hips allows for him to be a good open field tackler. Where we are the most concerned is his ability to locate the pass on deep balls. For a receiver we thought it would be a lot better. He’s a raw athlete for the most part, but watching him move around and it’s apparent he can play at the FBS level.
