What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
Since peewee league football I’ve always dreamed of playing collegiate football. I understand that it takes hard work and dedication, on and of the field. To achieve that goal and I’m willing to do just that. when I’m given the opportunity to play at the next level, a college will be receiving a player who goes hard everyday, willing to do whatever it takes to make myself and my team better.
Shotwell marks a lot of the better receivers in 7-A, and is very aggressive in doing so. He has really good footwork, has a light back pedal and just great instincts at reading the receiver. He gets his hands in there and will rake the ball out. Doesn’t always turn his head around on passes, loses track of it at Times. Shotwell is a good cover corner who specializes as a field corner.
