What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I have a very unique aggressive run style stacked with my size that allows me to fit into holes others can’t. I have good hands out the back field. Former captain of the USA football team.

Halyard going to get some reps this year at Grayson for sure, and the stout back can be a bowling ball knocking defenders back. His low center of gravity allows for tight cuts but also makes it hard for defenders to get much leverage when tackling him, so he can pick up solid yardage after contact. He’s been working hard through the Grayson feeder program through the years, and think he will be a good shot this fall. Stephenson spring film he showed good toughness and light feet in-between the tackles. Solidifying his blocking in passing situations will bolster his recruitment. Senior year he has taken the reigns so to speak, and has looked very good running the football leading his team in rushing in the early part of the season. If anything, Halyard has been the one consistent factor for the Rams offensively in the early season. There is no doubt that Halyard has improved his top end speed getting up field, and has really ripped off a few long runs against top ranked national opponents.
