What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I am a student athlete who is humble and confident, but always the hardest worker in the room. I show character when I am on and off the field because true character is when no one is watching. I strive to be a positive reflection of myself, my family, my school, my coaches everyday. I am a leader who believes in being a servant to others by always putting my team first. I am a competitor who has an “all in” mentality in any sport I commit to and one who sets goals for myself to become greater than I was yesterday. I am a complete QB who can make plays, be patient and can move in the pocket, read the defense, and have great mechanics.

The 2020 QB has not had his body quite keep up with his mind, but he shows some legit ability as a QB from a fundamental standpoint. He keeps active feet in the pocket, does a nice job of stepping up and settling into his throw. Arm strength is not there yet, but looking at his wiry frame and low weight lifting numbers that’s really no surprise. Coleman is a very smart player, he does an excellent job of looking of a defensive secondary and getting his receiver wide open. He uses his feet well getting out of the pocket, changes direction well and adapts to the pressure. Watching him make more plays with his feet could peak interest for teams that run a spread option, but not sure he can take too many hits at the next level either. Just depends on how he fills out.
