Seriously, Blackwell has a unique body type looking at his weight lifting numbers. Playing in a option offense at slot back he saw limited carries and only had about 600 yards rushing on the year. Luckily Blackwell also plays defense, and over there he is making some big hits where his explosive 260 lbs. power cleans lead to efficient tackles. He does a good job dropping his hips into a tackle. The 2021 recruit is a lot more athletic than originally anticipated but definitely like his upside at SS at the next level. He almost exclusively plays close to the line of scrimmage on defense so should be right at home in college.
