Todd is one of the bigger blockers in the class of 2024. At 6’6″ and 295 lbs. he has the frame and the natural strength in the lower body to move around defensive lineman. He is pretty raw at a technical level. Gets out of his stance not fast enough. Blocking is inconsistent and one of the biggest issues seems to be his pad level being too high. Needs to drive his legs more through the attempt. When he has to think fast and react, that seems to work better for Todd. The flashes are there, and you can see his quality agility and strength make tough blocks in space. When he gets good leverage, he can really knock the snot out of the defender. We want to see more intensity at the snap. More leg drive through his blocks. Working on getting lower and just more flexible in general. There are plenty of moments on film to be intrigued by Todd’s potential, but there is a lot to clean up. Given he is fairly new to the sport, his progression could take a jump during the next 6-8 months and you could see him attract national attention.
