Powell is a new transfer from Robert Toombs, so playing in 2-A is definitely a new experience for the 2023 recruit. There is just limited film for the 2023 athlete, but already you are seeing his 6’4″ frame go to work, and he made a nice high-pointed catch against Tattnall county to go along with a good punt return too. Will have to see more, but Powell definitely has some legit upside considering his fluidity and length shown on film. Powell also plays basketball.
