What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
Jamie is an anchor of our defense, plays DE and LB. Extremely hard to contain because of his strength in the weight room. He pushes offensive lineman around and makes tackles with his quickness. Loves to hit hard and sacks and tackles for loss in the backfield. Holds interest of many D-1 schools that came through during spring.
Hill is a hardworker out there on the field, and is relentless trying to get off his block and pursue the ball carrier. 2018 defender is a big hustler and will race down field on screen plays to make a tackler from behind. He does a good job with his tackling angles and is a consistent all-around player. Hill will have to make the change over to linebacker at the next level but his high-energy persona should make that very easy. He also played some inside linebacker last season and looked at home stopping run plays through the gaps.
