Delaney is one of the best young CB recruits that I have seen in the class of 2020 from his sophomore film. He doesn’t back down, plays with a ton of confidence. His never back down attitude was huge at the Elite GA Soph All-Star game, he made 3 breakups in a row where he was tested over and over again Mays top young receiver. Delaney has excellent ball skills, his high hand-eye coordination is way above average for a class of 2020 player, and elite for a CB recruit. Delaney was never too good at tackling in his sophomore film, and as a junior he was mostly at WR. Delaney can break away from the DB using his very good acceleration, but also his well executed routes too. Very elusive after the catch too, makes quick cuts against the pursuit.
