The 2022 recruit has been starting since his sophomore year and has built up a lot of experience under his belt. 2020 was a weird year for everyone, and a lot of OL seem to take the normal we jump during covid lockdowns. His senior year film has taken a nice jump though, and playing consistently against higher classifications in the early season Tyson has looked really good driving his legs through the block. Flexibility looks better from last year’s film. Showing quicker feet while in pass protection but he will be sliding over to OG at the next level either way. Tyson has good hand placement while blocking doing a good job of getting inside the pads of the defender. He has above average length and that allows for good leverage from block to block. He needs to continue to work on foot quickness and just getting quicker coming out his stance. Tyson has good frame, a tough demeanor, to be a productive run blocker at the next level.
