What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I’m a fundamentally sound player, I’m a quick learner, willingness to be coached, reaction time off the ball is spot on, I finish through on every play. Quick feet and fast hands, get first 2 steps in the ground fast.
Better off focusing on being a better NT, getting quicker out his stance and quicker with his hands. He’s never going to be the biggest guy on the field, but he can beat his guy at the point of attack by being quicker, and that will always give him a slight advantage at least early on. Realistically, Donaldson is a player you will most likely bring on 3rd downs, where his quickness and motor and can make a difference. His weight fluctuates too, but has stayed at around 260-270 SR year. Always liked the 2020 recruit – he has a passion for the game and has worked hard to improve each year. Loves to hit too, senior year he unloads a few big ones when blocking. Still think his upside is best on the defensive side of the ball.
