Hollier earned All-State HM honors putting up one of the best seasons of any TE in the state with 650 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns. What caught my eye was the 20.3 yards per catch, which is quite remarkable for a tight end. With a nice smooth-running stride, Hollier can stride out and blow by defensive backs at an impressive level considering his frame. He’s gained good weight and is around 220 lbs. while writing this report. Considering his impressive speed and size, Hollier looks to be one of the better vertical threats we have evaluated in the last few recruiting classes as the tight end position. Becoming more diverse with his route running, and getting better separation on the short to intermediate will solidify Hollier in college coaches’ eyes. After the catch, Hollier breaks tackles, shows a nice leg drive, and is determined to get as many yards as possible. We would like to see more in terms of blocking, especially since Hollier looks like he will be at least 240 lbs. at the next level.
