Madden has two offers while writing this in May 2021 with D1 programs Marshall and SEMO jumping into the picture. That’s largely due to his 10.65 100m and 21.8 200m that he posted this offseason to go along with his almost elongated frame. At 6’3″ and 195 lbs., the 2022 recruit does stick out on the field. He played off and on last year playing both OLB and SS. He plays with a good bit of hustle, but definitely think he needs to work on his pad level. He really does work his tail off in pursuit of the ball carrier though. Madden’s length creates some havoc in the passing game. He’s very raw when it comes to tackling. Covers ground like crazy though. Madden will have to show more this summer and fall, but no doubt the 2022 recruit has some FBS speed and length. Personally think that Madden is the best fit at playing as an edge rusher where his elite speed and effort can make the biggest impact.
