What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
My competitive edge Nobody will outwork me in a 4 quarter game. I hold myself to a certain standard to be great.
Raynes is an undersized DE who plays really well with his hands and shows a really nice wide frame to continue to add weight. He is fairly quick off the ball, and does an excellent job of keeping a flat back and getting leverage on his opponent. He shows quick feet, does a good job of playing the read option. We think at the college level he could really fit into a 3-4 defense at OLB. He should get a lot more reps this upcoming year and would not be surprised to see him moved around more and blitzed off the edge and through the b gap.
