Always good to see long snapper film where he gets up field and at least makes an impact on the return. Hayes does a solid job with his snaps, and I like the aggressiveness he shows getting up field and forcing the issue on the returner. I would like to see him really work in the weight room and get close to 200 pounds. Should help with the velocity on his snaps too.
