Aldridge has a background playing basketball, and with his light feet moving with the defender, you can see his game translate pretty well. He’s a light offensive tackle at this point, but does a really good job of sticking with the defensive end with his natural quick feet. He needs to bulk up in the lower body. I like his overall flexibility, and he does a nice job keeping his back flat while being engaged. Aldridge has good upside, he’s now over 270 lbs, so that encouraging about his frame. He would fit in best for a pass-heavy team, I think possible playing C even with how well he moves. Plays with a wide base while blocking, very solid looking athlete who moves well getting up field and making key blocks for his team.
