With a combination of excellent size and academics, Thurmon will certainly grab the attention of FBS programs. With great length at 6’5″, Thurmon uses his long arms to parry off defensive lineman. The 2024 prospect has good lateral quickness. Nice light feet when in pass protection. Thurmon took a really nice jump from his sophomore to junior year being a lot more physical at the point of attack. We really like the flexibility and body control while engaged. The senior keeps a pretty consistent flat back. He has good strength, but there is a lot to improve in that department considering how big the 2024 prospect is. We are really encouraged by how the 2024 prospect is finishing off his blocks emphatically sending the defender to the ground. Going down the recruiting stretch here, and we think the 2024 offensive line prospect will emerge to be coveted among P5 programs.
