If we are talking about pure passers in the class of 2019, then Dylan Fromm is probably the best in Georgia. He has an unbelievable talent at leading the receiver with perfect timing when connecting with the receiver. From intermediate range, Fromm is an assassin at QB capable of slicing up a defense with pin point passes from all over the field. He is fearless standing in the pocket, and has a natural ability at anticipating the defense and making quick decisions. He’s committed to Mercer, and should do special things at that university, but if an FBS school did jump in late with an offer, I would not blame the 2019 recruit for jumping for the opportunity. The more I have thought about it, Fromm is probably the best passer in the state of Georgia, and will end up with the most successful career at the college level.
