What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I can be used diversely, I can catch well and run routes well. Also I can block in the run game and and DB's in the screen game. Stats: Over 500+ receiving yards as a Junior.
Starks is an h-back/tight end prospect who shows light feet coming in and out of breaks on his routes. He is a tough runner after the catch, throwing a killer stiff to get the defender off of him. The rising senior gets up field with urgency and does not dance around. Starks is a solid looking blocker and utilizes his length as a major advantage at the HS level – would like to see a little more blocking next fall. The reliable receiver needs to continue to add weight and we can see him getting up to 240 at the level. Starks looks to be one of the better pass-receiving TE’s still uncommitted in GA.
