Fulton didn’t miss a beat with a new QB and was once again the top receiver in 2A. He is a consistent receiver who runs excellent routes, utilizing his fluidity and good top-end acceleration to get separation. Fulton does a great job of using his body to shield off the defender and has the body control to adjust to passes mid-flight. He does a nice job of reading the flight of the pass, and his reactions to the ball are impressive. Fulton’s ball skills are among the best in this recruiting class and his ability to take on contact while performing a high-pointed catch puts him in the top percentile. No doubt, he is a great-looking receiver who can possess the middle of the field and work defensive backs on short to intermediate routes. Taking another jump in the weight room, and working on his top-end speed should create more explosive plays over the top of the defense, granted he was catching from a freshman in 2023. There should be more deep balls in 2024, I would think.
