Carter was an All-Bi City performer and was one of the many athletes they tried out at QB. He shows a pretty athletic burst, and what really shows out on film is his zero-fear factor going into the teeth of the defense. The 2019 recruit just goes straight into the trenches, but also shows shorts space quickness to elude tackles that seems almost sure things. He has good cutback vision and his ability to mash on the gas and get upfield is really impressive. Carter looks like an ideal APB or slot receiver at the next level. It’s tough to find a player with his blend of speed, quickness, running instincts and toughness. Carter was injured for part of last year, so it will be really interesting to see how he performs over the course of an entire season. I think Carter can end up right at 200 lbs at the next level, and you cannot teach his ability to avoid tackles.
