What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I believe I stand out as a future college athlete because I am a leader on the field and in the classroom. I started the year off on JV as a freshman and threw for 6 touchdowns. I was moved up to varsity halfway through the season. I was selected to the U.S. National Team, and made the Peach Tree Elite 7v7 team.

Fleming is in line to be the starter as a senior, but playing behind a Richmond QB commit in 2019. The 2021 recruit has found ways to still make an impact even playing some OLB and special teams too. Senior year is finally here, and after almost 5 years of film sent our way, we are finally seeing Fleming as a QB on varsity. First, he does show some legit size, and I like how he changes directions in the pocket. Pretty good footwork, especially when throwing on the run – looks natural doing it. Arm slot is a little low on his release. Very good patience. Carries out fakes, stands tall in the pocket, and makes some impressive throws. What I like about Fleming more than anything is his resiliency. He had plenty of opportunities to transfer but stuck it out and his senior he looks legit at QB. Arm strength definitely has improved from last year, and that looks to be in part due to his improved footwork. Fleming has really improved as an intermediate passer. I think D1 programs should definitely give the big athletic QB a chance. He doesn’t run the ball much but shows decent speed once his big 6’2 frame can stride out.
