What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

What makes me stand out as a future collegiate athlete is my work ethic on and off the field, football IQ, and leadership by example.

Richardson has played exceedingly well in the middle of the field for Wheeler. He’s added about 90 lbs to his squat, and a good 30-40 to his other major lifts over the last year, which is good progress as a whole. Richardson has pretty good instincts at linebacker, and uses his speed to cut of ball carriers before they can get to downfield. He’s extremely effective on perimeter running plays. Richardson is not the strongest player just yet, but does a good job of filling the hole. Needs to continue to improve his power clean especially. 40 time is a bit inflated honestly. He’s a solid athlete, but do not see the elite speed he claims for a 40 time. 11.6 100M is his best track time, that seems about right. Needs to be more explosive in the hips, tackling is improved junior year to some degree but would like to see him be more consistent in his form. Needs to work on hip strength/flexibility.
