Ivey has a good motor, fires off the ball pretty quick and is active driving his legs through the block. He gets pretty low, allowing for solid leverage when engaged. Ivey has above average strength, and couple that with his quickness and can get into the 2nd level an make key blocks. Overall, he’s a plus athlete for his size. We would like to see a little more body control when engaged, he has good raw power, but can lose balance. Ivey is a nice fit at OG at the next level. He plays with good energy, and gets to his spots quickly, which is why TCC pulls him so much across the LOS.
