Hankinson is one of the best specialist still in the state of Georgia. He is consistently the best punter in Class A football the last few years. The senior gets outstanding hangtime on his punts and can really blast it off down field. Solid size too, I think Hankinson can play at the FBS level but most likely as a PWO.
